So grateful that a reading of my play Women, Birds, Stars will be included in this year’s “Winterfest” at Ensemble Studio Theatre/LA on Friday, March 6th at 8pm, one of 20+ new plays in development by fab writers.
And I’m working with incredible artists: director Laura Stribling, and Sarah Brooke, Susan Vanita Diol, Adriana Sevan, Angela Bullock, Tracey A. Leigh & Sarah Garic.
Please JOIN US at EST/LA if you can. Admission by your choice of donation but it’s a small house so DO reserve your seat!
About the play:
This is the story of four women of a certain age who take refuge together when their habitat is threatened. Rocked by uncertainty, they find themselves weighing their losses and options for survival in an increasingly surreal world. But there’s always ice cream.
“Women, Birds, Stars” is about being present amidst chaos, and what it means to be gone.
