So there’s this squeaky new play of mine that’s being read called “Jilt,” on Saturday, June 6th at 4:30 pm, as part of the Playwrights Union 6th Annual First Peek Reading Series at Moving Arts in Silverlake!
I’m pretty excited about the amazing artists who are supporting me in this:
“Jilt,” a play about power, beauty and justification set in a post-rape culture
directed by Randee Trabitz
with June Carryl, Matthew Elkins, Rowan Hall, Connor Kelly-Eiding, Reba Thomas & Shanel Moore.
I also feel honored to be included in this crazy fun series for the 6th year in a row!
First Peek runs Sat & Sun, May 30th & 31st and Sat, June 6th. I’ll be there for other readings of fantastic works by Steve Serpas, by Brian James Polak, Matt Schatz, Jennifer Berry, Carrie Barrett, Eric Reyes Loo, Josh Levine, Stephanie Alison Walker & Marek Glinski.
All readings are FREE, but it’s a small space so please do…
